Sourcing and Transforming Homes for Vulnerable People
At Akaal Property Management, we work in close partnership with charities to understand their housing requirements for vulnerable individuals at risk of homelessness. Based on these needs, we actively source suitable properties—often in disrepair—and renovate them to a high standard, tailored specifically to the needs of each charity and their clients.
While our full renovation process can take up to three months, our experienced team typically completes projects sooner—always prioritising quality and safety.
Once a property is ready, our charity partners allocate it to those in need, providing not just a place to live but a foundation for reintegration into society. Each resident receives wraparound support from the charity, including access to mental health services, counselling, education, and employment training.
In some cases, we also collaborate with our building partners and charity organisations to offer hands-on work training and apprenticeship opportunities—giving individuals the chance to build new skills and brighter futures.
